Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of medical scheduling or front office experience
• Minimum 2 years of computer experience
• Friendly, polished, and professional presence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using multiple systems (e.g., scheduling software, Word, Excel)
• Team-oriented with a positive, adaptable mindset

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a positive, professional first impression
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience throughout the patient visit
• Manage front desk communications including phone calls, texts, emails, and inquiries
• Coordinate and optimize the appointment schedule to ensure smooth clinic flow
• Handle scheduling changes with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
• Assist with patient check-in/check-out and accurately process payments
• Educate patients on services, promotions, and products as appropriate
