Kraft HeinzChicago, IL

About The Position

Cash has moved to the top of Kraft Heinz's strategic agenda. We're investing in the people, processes, and tools to turn cash flow management into a genuine competitive advantage — and we need a leader to build the global FP&A cash function. This is not a maintenance seat. You'll define how Kraft Heinz forecasts, analyzes, and steers cash globally — setting the playbook, elevating the team, and delivering the visibility that shapes capital allocation decisions at the highest level. Whoever takes this on will have the rare runway to design a function, not inherit one. You'll report into Global FP&A leadership. Expect recurring exposure to the CFO and the broader Finance Leadership Team — your analysis reaches the desks that make the calls, and your work is visible to the people whose visibility matters most for your career.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in finance, including 2+ years leading teams.
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required

  • You can take a complicated cash story and make it land in our company leadership setting
