About The Position

As the Lead FP&A Analyst - GTM, you will be a primary Finance data partner and analyst for our Go-to-Market leadership. Your goal is to help Sales, Marketing, and Finance make better decisions by creating a driver-based forecast model as well as analyzing our customer acquisition costs, retention, and overall revenue health in the competitive cloud hosting space. This role is the engine room of our growth, offering a front-row seat to how the business scales and the autonomy to shape how success is measured.

Requirements

  • Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets (complex logic, dynamic arrays, and audit-friendly structures).
  • Strong SQL skills are required to query data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.) and validate BI reports.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS P&L—you should be able to explain the nuances of deferred revenue vs. billings vs. ARR in your sleep.
  • Power-user knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot (specifically how Objects and Fields relate to one another).
  • Ability to speak "Sales" to the RevOps team and "Code" to the BI team.
  • Extreme Attention to Detail: You are the person who finds the $1 variance in a $10M bookings report.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: You don't just report that the data is messy; you work with Ops to fix the entry process at the source.
  • Exceptional ability to deliver technical findings to non-technical executive leadership through written memos and oral presentations.
  • 8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or RevOps at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling ARR sub-ledgers or complex revenue models.
  • Experience reporting to or working directly with Finance leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the "Source of Truth" modeling for ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), including new business, expansions, contractions, and churn.
  • Design and maintain complex Bookings models that bridge the gap between sales activity (CRM) and financial reporting (ERP).
  • Build automated cohort analysis and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) trackers to monitor the health of the customer base.
  • Act as the Finance "Product Owner" for revenue data, working with BI to define data schemas and ensure data integrity in the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to audit the sales funnel, ensuring that Opportunity stages, Close Dates, and Contract Values are captured accurately for financial modeling.
  • Identify and resolve data "leakage" between Salesforce and the financial models.
  • Lead the monthly and quarterly GTM forecasting process for bookings and self serve ARR.
  • Develop "What-if" models to analyze the impact of changes in pricing, packaging, or sales compensation plans.
  • Monitor sales productivity metrics (LTV/CAC, Magic Number, and Payback Period) to optimize marketing spend and sales hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards in Tableau/Looker/PowerBI that track real-time GTM performance.
  • Prepare monthly "Revenue Deep Dive" decks for the CFO and CRO, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Partner with internal AI Council, Data Engineering, Business Insights and GTM leaders to drive operational efficiencies and enhanced accuracy in the GTM domain, from predictive analytics to customer health and variance commentary.
