About The Position

TES Staffing is partnering with an established, rapidly growing women-owned commercial flooring contractor to find an experienced Lead Flooring Installer for their Central New York team. This company keeps its crews busy and has a strong backlog of commercial work throughout Central New York. The Lead Installer will travel to jobsites across the region, lead quality crews, and have the support of an experienced office team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can organize crews, solve problems, and jump on the tools when needed. This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, earns the respect of their crew, and is not afraid to get hands-on. It is a position for someone with a career in commercial flooring ready for more responsibility, autonomy, and a company that values their experience.

Requirements
