About The Position

InteriorWorx Commercial Flooring is hiring experienced installers and entry-level candidates for full-time positions in its Special Services Division in Tempe, Arizona. The company has served the Phoenix Valley for over 25 years. The role focuses on specialized commercial flooring systems rather than traditional concrete pouring, forming, or flatwork. Requirements

• Experienced installers should bring technical knowledge, quality workmanship, and a commitment to doing the job right.

Responsibilities

• Install and work with commercial flooring systems, including concrete grinding and polishing.
• Work with epoxy flooring systems, including flake, quartz, metallic, and solid-color finishes.
• Install self-leveling underlayments and polishable overlays.
• Perform concrete surface preparation, coating removal, and repairs.
• Work with raised access flooring and ceramic wall panels.
• Perform basic floor covering repairs.
