McQuillan Home Services is a residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air serving the Ramsey, Washington and Hennepin Counties for over 135 years. This past year we have doubled our plumbing team and added an electrical line of business. We are keen to grow and provide an extensive line-up of home services to our customers. We are seeking an experienced Excavation Install Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of excavation and underground installation, ensuring the safe operation of excavation equipment of your crew, making sure installations meet required specifications. You’ll work on a variety of residential projects, troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues while adhering to safety standards. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with sewer excavation, strong knowledge of plumbing systems, and the ability to operate machinery and tools safely.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with sewer excavation
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems
• Ability to operate machinery and tools safely
• Valid driver's license with a clean, safe driving record
• Pre-employment background check
• Pre-employment drug screen
• Strong communication and people skills
• Must obtain licensing within 90 days of hire
