Lead Excavation Installer
About The Position
EJ Home Services is a residential service company specializing in plumbing, electric, heating, and air conditioning, serving Santa Clara and the surrounding Bay Area since 2006. We are seeking an experienced Excavation Install Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of excavation and underground installation, ensuring the safe operation of excavation equipment for your crew and making sure installations meet required specifications. You will work on a variety of residential projects, troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues while adhering to safety standards. This position offers the flexibility of being dispatched directly from home with a work vehicle included.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean, safe driving record.
- Pre-employment background check.
- Pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Hands-on experience with sewer excavation.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems.
- Ability to operate machinery and tools safely.
