About The Position

The DACS - Digital Adoption and Customer Success team within Cat Digital is seeking a Lead Digital Transformation Project Manager to strategize, oversee, coordinate, and execute strategic transformation initiatives throughout Caterpillar. The role is central to digital transformation and delivery of projects supporting innovation, team culture, and organizational transformation. The Project Manager ensures initiatives deliver measurable outcomes aligned with organizational goals and accelerates digital adoption across global teams through cross-functional collaboration and accountability. Cat Digital is Caterpillar's digital and technology arm, building digital solutions for customers and dealers using technologies including data, advanced analytics, telematics, and AI. The position partners across product, field, enablement, HR, business units, and dealer teams to advance digital behaviors, adoption, and continuous improvement. It also tracks project milestones, budgets, and documentation, reports status to senior leadership, and supports internal and external events that showcase digital transformation and build team culture.

Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong coordination skills, flexibility, and ability to execute quickly under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and engage senior leadership.
Ability to create executive-ready presentations and visuals, including high-impact PowerPoint and video content.

Responsibilities

Analyze organizational pain points and design and prioritize impact-driven initiatives.
Define and sequence initiatives that support engagement and digital culture.
Align product, field, and enablement teams for cohesive execution of transformation initiatives.
Lead change management initiatives that embed digital behaviors, foster innovation, and strengthen continuous improvement.
Drive training programs and learning journeys, such as UYDG and mentoring, to build digital fluency at scale.
Partner with HR, business units, and dealer teams to institutionalize digital behaviors and adoption practices.
Track and manage project milestones, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
Maintain program and project documentation and provide transparent status updates to senior leadership.
Support internal and external events to build team culture and showcase digital transformation impact.
