About The Position

As a Lead Designer at Deploy, you will oversee UI/UX design processes and ensure projects are executed excellently and efficiently. You will work closely with the product team to conceptualize and execute designs that solve product problems, bringing a consumer-centered approach, creative vision, strong execution, and clear communication. The role combines individual design contribution with teamwork and management of a design team.

Deploy is an intelligence infrastructure platform that provides developers and enterprises access to open-source and proprietary AI models. The company has more than 250 employees across offices in San Francisco, Seattle, New York, and Delhi, and has raised more than $200 million from investors. Requirements

• At least 3 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Ability to work long workweeks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of designers and provide creative direction and input on design-related projects and functions.
• Translate complex concepts and interactions into visually coherent wireframes and prototypes.
• Work with small, multidisciplinary teams, partnering closely with engineering, product, and business teams to develop elegant and practical solutions to design challenges.
• Take ownership of work and responsibility for its details and execution throughout the process.
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance and handling as they relate to the role.
• Follow policies, guidelines, and procedures for protecting information assets.
• Report actual or suspected security or policy violations and breaches to an appropriate authority.
