Requirements

7+ years of experience in presentation design, with a strong portfolio that includes client and brand pitches, show concepts, or similar work.
Ability to turn creative direction and complex information into clear, compelling presentations.
Advanced proficiency with tools such as Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Demonstrated proficiency using Higgsfield AI.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of the decks tied to Omaha’s biggest new business opportunities.
Work with teams across the company to understand the strategy, creative direction, and content for each opportunity, then turn it into a thoughtful, visually compelling deck.
Provide thoughtful design feedback and coach internal designers to help raise the quality of work across the company.
Raise the standard of design by mentoring internal designers and managing external design partners.
