We're opening a brand-new dental office in Las Vegas and are looking for an experienced Lead Dental Assistant who is excited to help build a successful practice from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role, help establish office workflows, mentor team members, and create an exceptional patient experience from day one. Requirements

• Active Nevada Dental Assistant credentials required
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, sterilization, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a growing, startup-style environment
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain infection control standards
• Take digital X-rays and assist with charting and documentation
• Manage clinical supplies and inventory
• Train, coach, and support dental assistants as the team grows
• Help establish efficient systems and workflows for the new office
• Deliver outstanding patient care and create a welcoming environment
