About The Position
We're opening a brand-new dental office located within a medical center, and we're looking for a Dental Hygienist who wants to be part of building something from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to help shape workflows and patient experience from day one, be part of a close-knit team as the office grows, and work within a collaborative healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Active Nevada Dental Hygienist license
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Someone who is excited about helping build and grow a new office
- Adaptability in a startup-style environment
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
- Take digital X-rays and complete accurate charting
- Educate patients on oral health and prevention
- Partner with the dentist to deliver high-quality care
- Help establish a positive, patient-centered culture from the start
