About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical assistant who enjoys leadership, mentoring others, and helping create an exceptional patient experience. As our Lead Dental Assistant, you will serve as a key member of the team by supporting the dentist, assisting with daily clinical operations, and helping ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly. We're a smaller office where every team member plays an important role. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, build strong relationships with patients and coworkers, and help drive the continued success of the practice. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and clinical workflows
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lead by example and support team success
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care

Nice To Haves

• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical efficiency throughout the day
• Take digital X-rays and assist with charting and treatment planning
• Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards
• Monitor and maintain clinical inventory and supplies
• Train and mentor new dental assistants
• Serve as a clinical resource for team members
• Help coordinate daily workflows to ensure an outstanding patient experience
• Support a positive and collaborative office culture
