Troubleshooting of hardware failures
Troubleshooting connectivity issues
Troubleshooting install/configuration gaps
Power-on checks
Burn-in testing
Network connectivity validation

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of data center manual labor activities including: Moving pallets, uncrating racks, unboxing servers, assembling racks, racking PDU’s and racking devices
Oversee rack & stack, structured cabling (fiber/copper), and labeling standards
Ensure proper asset tracking, tagging, and chain of custody during removal and install phases
Act as the primary technical escalation point for all on-site issues during refresh cycles
Lead troubleshooting of hardware failures, connectivity issues, and install/configuration gaps
Validate system readiness through: Power-on checks, Burn-in testing, Network connectivity validation
