About The Position

Contribute to a connected, data-driven organization by transforming complex enterprise data into clear, actionable, and trusted insights. As a Lead Data Analysis on the Compensation Enablement team, you'll build and sustain sourcing tables which enable seller compensation across all AT&T Business segments. You’ll streamline transmissions across data pipelines and provide Tier 3 support to system users. This is a great opportunity to unlock revenue growth opportunities for leaders across Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, and HR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • SQL

Responsibilities

  • Gather, preprocess, and cleanse data from various sources to ensure it is accurate and ready for analysis.
  • Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and insights, creating reports and recommendations for business decisions.
  • Create clear, factual/precise, and compelling data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify, resolve, and ensure the accuracy of data discrepancies across platforms, maintaining data reliability through quality control and auditing.
  • Manages complex data movement and storage from multiple sources, and high-level analytics to solve business problems.
