About The Position

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you provide fast and friendly customer service in a busy retail store. You greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and may work with the food program. You also lead shifts regularly, gaining entry-level management experience. The role involves working in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. You will work with an energetic team and interact with customers throughout the day.
