About The Position

As a Lead Customer Service Associate, you will assist the Store Management Team to help ensure every shift operates smoothly. You will also assist with local store marketing to help achieve sales and profit goals, and support team members through performance and training initiatives. The role provides leadership to the store and its employees and supports successful store operations and efficient sales and profit growth.

Requirements

Preferably at least one year of retail experience; individuals should be interested in succeeding and growing with the company.
Strong people-oriented leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer service skills.
Valid state driver’s license and an insured vehicle.
Prior knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail management experience preferred.
Ability to traverse all parts of the store quickly.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods on a hard-surfaced floor.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds at a time.
