Lead PM Custodian
About The Position
Verde Clean is hiring a Lead Custodian to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities. Verde Clean provides eco-friendly facility services and emphasizes sustainability, safety, social impact, and community engagement. The position involves routine cleaning, restocking supplies, monitoring hazards, and supporting coworkers while interacting professionally with staff and visitors. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. The role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Verde Clean begins each shift with wellness warm-ups and prioritizes a safe work environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of cleaning tools and safety procedures.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, surfaces, restrooms, and other areas.
- Restock restrooms and supply areas with paper goods, soap, and sanitizers.
- Identify and report hazards to help maintain a secure environment.
- Assist coworkers and interact professionally with staff and visitors.
