This is a full-time Lead Cross-Utilized Agent position. The role involves greeting passengers, providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience, and utilizing reservation/ticketing software to manage itineraries and issue boarding passes. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate passenger information processing, timely flight departures, and resolving passenger issues during flight interruptions. The role may also involve working in the Baggage Service Office to track baggage and handle related inquiries. Candidates must be comfortable with technology, able to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, lift and handle baggage, and maintain composure while managing customer challenges. Additional duties include prepping and securing aircraft, using radio electronic devices for communication, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling baggage and cargo weighing up to 70 lbs. This may involve lifting over 100 items for a single aircraft, pushing/pulling carts, ascending/descending jet-way stairs, bending/stooping/crawling, driving ground equipment, and cleaning aircraft interiors and lavatories. The role requires working outdoors in all temperatures and weather conditions. Additional responsibilities include managing daily operations, providing direction and coaching to employees, communicating effectively, reporting injuries/incidents, and maintaining professional working relationships.
