The position requires comfort with technology, the ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, lift baggage, maintain composure, and interpret various labels. Responsibilities also include prepping and securing aircraft, using radio devices for communication, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling baggage and cargo weighing up to 70 lbs. Additionally, the role involves driving ground equipment, cleaning aircraft interiors and lavatories, and working outdoors in various temperatures and weather conditions. The lead agent will also provide direction and coaching to employees, communicate effectively, report injuries and incidents, and maintain professional working relationships.
