About The Position

NetGain Technologies is seeking a Lead Consulting Engineer (TOS) to serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients. The role helps clients align technology investments with business goals and supports them through growth, risk management, and digital transformation. It combines relationship-building and strategic guidance with the ability to address complex technical challenges and provide hands-on support when needed. The Lead Consulting Engineer collaborates with internal service, engineering, project, and client success teams to deliver outcomes for clients across varied industries and technologies. Requirements

Strong technical background across infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and business systems.
Experience consulting with business leaders and translating technical concepts into practical solutions.
Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive mindset and passion for helping clients get the most from their technology.

Experience in managed services or multi-client environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic advisor for a portfolio of clients.
Develop technology roadmaps and recommendations that support business objectives.
Conduct technical assessments, audits, and recurring client reviews.
Identify opportunities to improve security, infrastructure, cloud, and overall technology performance.
Collaborate with Service Desk, Engineering, Projects, and Client Success teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Act as a senior technical resource for complex client environments.
Build trusted relationships with client leadership and key stakeholders.
