About The Position
Imagine One Technology & Management is seeking a Lead Computer Support Specialist to support the U.S. Navy in Keyport, Washington. This role serves as an intermediary between the team and upper management, articulating assignments, planning subordinate work, providing training, and contributing to performance management and personnel administration.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in the management and resolution of Tier 2 levels IT Support operations.
- Thorough knowledge in the configuration, deployment and troubleshooting Microsoft desktop Operating Systems, desktop productivity applications, desktop defense tools, Microsoft Active Directory account management and permissions, network connectivity troubleshooting.
- CompTIA Security + and/or ISC2 SSCP.
- Current Microsoft Desktop OS Certification.
- Current ITIL certification.
- Current Office 365 certification.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities
