About The Position

Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a Lead Computer Support Specialist, contingent on the award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the U.S. Navy in Keyport, Washington. The Lead Computer Support Specialist serves as an intermediary between the team and upper management. This role involves articulating assignments, planning subordinate work, training or arranging training, and providing input to the supervisor on performance management and personnel administration.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in the management and resolution of Tier 2 levels IT Support operations.
• Thorough knowledge in the configuration, deployment and troubleshooting Microsoft desktop Operating Systems.
• Thorough knowledge in the configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of desktop productivity applications.
• Thorough knowledge in the configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of desktop defense tools.
• Thorough knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory account management and permissions.
• Thorough knowledge in network connectivity troubleshooting.
• CompTIA Security + and/or ISC2 SSCP.
• Current Microsoft Desktop OS Certification.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance.
