They are responsible for adhering to grant frameworks, reporting accurately, assisting in procedure development, and ensuring all deadlines are met. The position requires managing one's own schedule, maintaining professional relationships, participating in meetings and trainings, and performing crisis intervention to ensure client safety. Measurable deliverables include meeting regulatory guidelines, completing assessments, compiling data for reports, teaching support skills, developing action plans, providing information for documentation, locating community resources, preparing presentations, coordinating with community agencies, entering data into the Salesforce database, maintaining records, implementing safety protocols, and upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
