About The Position
Senior PsychCare (SPC) is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join their mission-driven mental health team. This role involves providing collaborative behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. SPC focuses on continuity of care, ensuring patients receive comprehensive and compassionate services. The position offers a supportive, team-based environment with clinical support from industry-recognized psychiatrists and flexible scheduling. The role is based in Greenville, TX, and offers both full-time and part-time options.
Requirements
- LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the state of Texas
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling locally
- Adaptive, flexible, and committed to team-based care
Nice To Haves
- Experience with geriatric populations strongly preferred
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments to set/manage treatment plans
- Provide individual, family and/or group psychotherapy for seniors
- Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC’s behavioral health team
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system
