About The Position

Senior Psych Care (SPC) is seeking compassionate, licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to deliver in-person therapy services in nursing homes and assisted living communities across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. As a member of an interdisciplinary care team, you will help older adults achieve emotional well-being and a higher quality of life. Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in geriatric mental health
• Experience in nursing home or assisted living settings

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in the nursing home setting
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and facility staff for holistic patient care
• Offer staff training and in-service education to facility staff
