About The Position

Senior Psych Care (SPC) is seeking compassionate, licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to join their interdisciplinary care team. SPC is a leader in integrative behavioral health services for nursing homes and assisted living communities in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. This role involves delivering in-person therapy services to older adults, helping them achieve emotional well-being and a higher quality of life. SPC focuses on a collaborative, patient-centered care model grounded in clinical excellence and aligned with CMS standards, aiming to improve the lives of seniors, facility staff, and their families.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Compassionate and licensed therapist.
• Ability to deliver in-person therapy services.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in geriatric mental health.
• Experience with telehealth options.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in the nursing home setting.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and facility staff for holistic patient care.
• Offer staff training and in-service education to facility staff.
