About The Position
At Mountain Recovery, recovery isn't just what we do—it's why we exist. We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing clinician who wants to gain meaningful experience providing therapy to adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders while receiving supervision from experienced professionals as you work toward independent licensure.
Requirements
- Active Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Passion for helping individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
- Help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment
- Receive clinical supervision and continue developing your therapeutic skills
