The Lead co-leads Healthyhorns EHR committees, supports collaboration across clinical and technical teams, and stewards data governance policy and standards. The position helps translate care delivery processes into EHR workflows, identifies and implements workflow improvements, and maintains documentation for system specifications, configuration decisions, workflow standards, and key EHR data elements. It collaborates with the Data Informatics Team on data quality, reporting, analytics, research needs, and related policy and procedure documentation. The position is based at the UT Main Campus. The work takes place in an office environment and involves extended periods at a computer, regular collaboration through in-person and virtual meetings, and occasional visits to clinical areas. Occasional work outside standard business hours may be needed for system updates, upgrades, or urgent configuration issues; a flexible schedule may be considered. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week, is expected to continue, and has an earliest start date of November 2, 2026. Salary starts at $91,000, depending on qualifications.
