About The Position

We are opening a brand-new HealthSource Chiropractic clinic in East Petersburg, PA and are seeking a Lead Chiropractor / Clinical Director to take ownership of clinical outcomes, team leadership, and clinic growth from day one. This is more than an associate role—you’ll lead, build, and scale a clinic with the support of a proven national system, without the risk of starting from scratch. This opportunity offers leadership from day one, built-in systems and support, a growth-focused environment, and income that scales with performance. There is also an opportunity to grow beyond one clinic as we expand.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program
  • Active Pennsylvania license (or ability to obtain)
  • Eligible for malpractice insurance in PA
  • 2+ years of experience preferred (strong new grads with leadership mindset considered)
  • Strong manual skills and clinical confidence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with high-quality chiropractic care
  • Perform manual adjustments and prescribe rehab-based treatment plans
  • Take and interpret diagnostic X-rays when medically necessary
  • Deliver exceptional patient outcomes through personalized care plans
  • Educate patients on the long-term benefits of chiropractic care
  • Confidently guide patients through care recommendations and plans
  • Build strong, lasting doctor-patient relationships
  • Lead and mentor clinic staff
  • Drive key performance metrics (visits, retention, re-exams, patient satisfaction)
  • Run weekly team trainings and ensure alignment with clinic goals
  • Continuously improve systems, workflows, and patient experience
  • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
  • Track and report clinic performance metrics
  • Collaborate with ownership on growth strategy
  • Participate in local outreach and marketing initiatives
  • Help establish the clinic as a trusted provider in the community
