About The Position

Hunter Wellness Center, located in Warrensville Heights, OH, is seeking a full-time Clinic Chiropractor to join our established, family-oriented practice. Our center is dedicated to providing compassionate care and supporting the long-term growth of both patients and staff. This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $72,000 – $120,000/year. The Clinic Chiropractor position is a full-time role with a set schedule from Monday through Thursday. The practice is closed on weekends, supporting a healthy work-life balance for all staff members. We are a family-owned chiropractic clinic run by Dr. LaMar D.C. and Dr. Valerie Hunter D.C. Requirements

  • An active Ohio chiropractic license (or be eligible to obtain)
  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree with all 4 national boards completed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for holistic health, patient education, and community wellness
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a positive, collaborative team
  • Commitment to documentation accuracy and compliance
  • Motivation to support practice growth and patient retention

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality chiropractic care, including patient assessments, spinal adjustments, and development of treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation for compliance with legal, ethical, and insurance standards.
  • Collaborate with front desk staff and fellow providers to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive clinic environment.
  • Involvement in community outreach, patient referrals, social media, workshops, and internal marketing efforts to support practice growth.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening test.
