About The Position
The Supervisor of Outpatient Clinic is responsible for all clinical operations and financial processes including direct supervision of staff. Oversees and ensures that the front office and nursing functions are performed in an appropriate manner and according to organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 2 years of experience.
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider - American Heart Association
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of insurance plans.
- Communication and guest relations.
- Ability to supervise employees effectively.
- Analytical skills.
- Computer skills.
- Administrative office machines.
