Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Program.
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP in respective state.
- Minimum 3 years experience.

- Experience in outpatient pediatrics.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics.
