Lead Childcare Teacher

Early Learning Academies (ELA) with Excel Creative Early Learning is seeking a passionate and qualified Lead Teacher to join their vibrant team. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of center experience, along with EDU 119 and a minimum of 12 additional semester hours in Early Childhood Education. A degree in ECE is preferred, but enthusiasm and dedication to shaping young minds are paramount.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
- EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
- Experience teaching young children
- A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
- Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
- At least 1 year of center experience
