Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Previous food handling experience, preferably in a Bistro, Café or Ice Cream Shop setting.
  • Basic computer, cash handling and POS skills
  • Knowledge of Micros is preferred
  • Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over
  • Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
  • Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis

Responsibilities

  • Assist with leading the team, training new associates and supporting the day-to-day operations
  • Prepare all food & beverage orders to the specified standards; providing guests with professional, friendly, and timely service
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment, counter, prep, participating in ongoing service training of standards
  • Provide a daily/weekly inventory of ice cream, toppings, beverages, retail and supplies
  • Coordinate product implementation and reordering
  • Ability to properly handle food, ensure safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
  • Cleans and meticulously maintain all areas of Outlet to ensure Montage standards and expectations.
  • Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties, based on business needs stocking and menu knowledge
