Requirements

At least 5 years of carpentry experience, with expertise in remodeling and both framing and finish carpentry.
Proficiency in all aspects of carpentry, from rough framing to finish.
Strong work ethic, pride in craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently without wasting materials.
Reliable transportation and tools of the trade.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Ability to read building codes, blueprints, and drawings.
A valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check are required.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and instructions.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Perform rough framing for walls, ceilings, flooring, and roofs.
Complete finish carpentry tasks including crown molding installation, window/door casings, baseboards, fixtures, hardware, and cabinet installation.
Manage shoring erection, repair/replacement of patios, decks, doors, cabinets, appliances, and perform necessary demolition.
Handle additional tasks such as drywall, patching, and painting as needed.
Ensure the accuracy of completed work according to plans.
Oversee and supervise crews and subcontractors on-site.
