About The Position

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in Ann Arbor, MI is actively seeking a full-time Lead Carpenter to independently manage one to two residential remodeling projects from start to finish, overseeing all on-site construction activities including trade partners, while supporting both design-build and Home Services work within their Production Department. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in residential carpentry
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in tile installation (flooring, backsplashes, and/or showers)
  • Physical ability to perform the required functions of the job, including the ability to lift up to 80 lbs
  • Team player

  • Ability to present oneself in a professional manner

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage 1–2 residential remodeling projects from start to finish
  • Lead daily on-site execution, coordinating employees and trade partners
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards
  • Serve as primary on-site contact for clients throughout the project
  • Oversee both design-build remodeling and Home Services work as assigned
  • Maintain overall jobsite organization, safety, and workflow efficiency
