Requirements

7 to 10+ years residential construction/remodeling experience
Multi-trade expertise in some of the following: carpentry, drywall, flooring, tile, painting, light electrical/plumbing, siding, full remodel projects, commercial build-out
Proven leadership and project management abilities
Track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, with top quality
Professional attitude and excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
Follow company processes and procedures
Perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), work on ladders and handling tools
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Effectively lead on-site crews on residential and commercial remodeling projects
Accurately estimate efforts for job tasks
Manage project timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget job completion
Accurately manage job materials
Consistently meet quality standards and deliver exceptional customer experience
Effectively communicate project updates to clients, office staff and management team
Ensure clean, organized and safe job-sites, company vehicles, and workshop
Perform hands-on tasks
Complete carpentry, framing, and finish work
Install flooring, tile, cabinets, doors, and trim
Perform light electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting jobs
Handle exterior repairs including decks, fences, siding, and posts
Lead full bathroom, kitchen, and basement remodels
Cross-train on new technical skills
Help, coach and mentor other team members
Represent House Doctors professionally
Participate in ongoing career development
