About The Position

TruBlue is looking for a project manager to join our team in our Spokane office. This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a self starter with excellent time management and problem solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments. TruBlue is a home repair & modification company that is dedicated to superior customer service and workmanship that earns repeat business from our growing customer base. Doors and window replacement, decks, handrailing, trim work, flooring repair, home safety modification and general handyman. Our employees enjoy a work culture that promotes a work/life balance. You will be dispatched to projects that are already sold and have received your bio. You focus on a PERFECT reveal and collecting 5-star reviews. We focus on keeping your schedule full 5-days/ week. No travel outside of Spokane County. TruBlue benefits include: $28-$32 per hour paid weekly, PTO, 401-k, auto allowance and prefessional development through cross training.

Requirements

MUST have at least 10 years of paid carpentry experience.
Excellent written and verbal communications
Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
Passion for managing teams and driving results
Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement

Responsibilities

Deliver on time, on budget projects - Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe and funds.
Communicate with clients - Drive contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle to understand and set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship.
Manage resources - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project.
Track and communicate progress - Measure performance for presentation to clients and internal leadership.
