About The Position
Riverside Home Care, an independently owned and operated non-medical home care agency, is seeking compassionate, dependable Care Professionals to provide high-quality care to senior clients in their homes. The Lead Care Professional provides direct assistance and companionship, documents visits and reports changes in clients’ conditions, and also mentors and trains other care professionals and completes supervisory visits and assessments. Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Escort clients to appointments and errands.
- Report changes in condition to supervisors.
- Complete accurate visit documentation.
- Provide mentorship and training to other care professionals.
- Complete supervisory visits and assessments.
