About The Position
Riverside Home Care, an independently owned and operated non-medical home care agency, is seeking compassionate, dependable Care Professionals to provide high-quality care to senior clients in their homes. The Lead Care Professional assists clients with daily activities and offers companionship, while also mentoring and training other care professionals and completing supervisory visits and assessments. The agency emphasizes integrity, empathy, collaboration, and unbiased care.
Requirements
- Compassionate and reliable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow outlined care plans.
- Professional and punctual.
- Experience is preferred but not required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in care work.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Escort clients to appointments and errands.
- Report changes in clients’ conditions to supervisors.
- Complete accurate visit documentation.
- Provide mentorship and training to other care professionals.
- Complete supervisory visits and assessments.
