About The Position
Riverside Home Care, an independently owned and operated non-medical home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dependable Care Professionals to provide high-quality care to senior clients in their homes. The Lead Care Professional provides direct client care and also mentors and trains other care professionals, conducts supervisory visits, and completes assessments. The agency emphasizes integrity, empathy, collaboration, and unbiased care.
Requirements
- Be compassionate and reliable.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be able to follow outlined care plans.
- Be professional and punctual.
- Prior experience is preferred but not required.

- Prior care experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Escort clients to appointments and errands.
- Report changes in clients’ condition to supervisors.
- Complete accurate visit documentation.
- Provide mentorship and training to other care professionals.
- Complete supervisory visits and assessments.
