About The Position

This full-time position starts and ends daily in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We offer rapid wage increases for solid CDL drivers in the first year, a $1,500 new driver sign-on bonus, and quarterly bonus potential. We have a highlighted route available. The daily route involves picking up a packed trailer and following a delivery route. At each stop, you will build dolly loads to take into the customer, requiring attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets, working with customers on product placement, obtaining signatures, and developing relationships with repeat customers. Most routes include driving in Colorado. We also offer routes with overnight stays that include a premium hourly rate, hotel coverage, and per diem for meals. These routes involve more windshield time initially but follow the same delivery process. The workday typically averages 12-13 hours on the first day of an overnight route and 7-8 hours on the second day when returning to Cheyenne.

Requirements

• 21 years old
• Ability to train and obtain CDL within 3 months
• Good driving record
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs

Responsibilities

• Pick up the packed trailer and follow the delivery route.
• Build dolly loads to take into the customer at each stop.
• Read and scan delivery tickets with attention to detail.
• Work with customers on product placement.
• Obtain required signatures.
• Develop relationships with repeat customers.
• Drive to and from delivery territories, including in Colorado.
• Complete deliveries and return to Cheyenne.
