About The Position
Riverside Home Care, an independently owned and operated non-medical home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dependable Care Professionals to provide high-quality care to senior clients in their homes. The role focuses on meaningful, purpose-driven service and delivering care with integrity, empathy, collaboration, and an unbiased approach. Care Professionals assist clients with daily activities, provide companionship, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and escort clients to appointments and errands. They also report changes in clients’ conditions to supervisors and complete accurate visit documentation. Experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Escort clients to appointments and errands.
- Report changes in clients’ conditions to supervisors.
- Complete accurate visit documentation.
