Requirements

  • Minimum of three months of kitchen or food service experience required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lead, train, and support team members effectively
  • Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the communication liaison between line attendants and back-of-house cooks
  • Monitor buffet line to ensure food is properly stocked, meets temperature guidelines, and remains clean and organized
  • Maintain presentation standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Relay guest feedback, including compliments and concerns, to management
  • Train new buffet line attendants on job duties and company standards
  • Assign work areas and coordinate team member breaks during shifts
  • Work collaboratively with cooks, dishwashers, servers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with carving meats and preparing desserts and salad bar items as needed
  • Support a clean, efficient, and guest-focused work environment
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership
  • Directly supervise buffet line attendants on a daily basis
  • Train, assign, and direct work in accordance with company policies
  • Address guest and team member concerns and assist in resolving issues
  • Promote a positive and productive team environment
