Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Lead Behavior Coach will provide supervision and lead therapeutic interventions for students in crisis or as arranged for positive interactions. The Lead Behavior Coach will develop training for support staff and work to identify and teach the skills necessary to support student educational progress, guiding the classroom team to integrate all disciplines into a comprehensive program for each student. This position is 8 hours per day, 194 days per year. Start date will be August 2026. Regular attendance required: This role relies on regular and reliable attendance to ensure consistency for our students and help support a positive, productive learning environment.
