About The Position

Hank's Seafood in Columbus seeks a Lead Bartender who knows and appreciates the craft of cocktails. The role requires mixology knowledge to prepare traditional drinks and create original libations, while serving quality cocktails with impeccable customer service and a welcoming demeanor. The bartender helps increase customer retention and loyalty by elevating the guest experience through hospitality, product knowledge, and responsible alcohol service.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a bartender is required.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine-pairing options is required.
• A proactive and thoughtful nature.
• A professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Warmly and authentically acknowledge and welcome guests.
• Maintain knowledge of product and service standards to elevate each guest experience.
• Work efficiently, cleanly, and in an organized manner while multitasking and adhering to code.
• Use appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times.
• Prioritize responsible alcohol service.
