About The Position
The Lead Bartender oversees bar operations, maintains exceptional service standards, and ensures a high-quality guest experience. The role supports team development and operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to established beverage and hospitality standards. The position is based at The Elser Hotel & Residences, a luxury condominium hotel in Downtown Miami.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pool bar operations and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all pool areas.
- Assist guests with amenities and promptly address service requests.
- Monitor compliance with pool policies and safety standards.
- Support overall guest satisfaction through attentive and professional service.
