About The Position

Precision Tune Auto Care in Albany, GA is hiring a true Lead Automotive Technician / Master Technician. This is not entry-level. This is not an internship. This is not a training-wheel position. We are looking for a technician who is already a master of the craft — someone who can diagnose, repair, produce, document, communicate, and help lead a busy repair shop from the front. The right person can make serious money here. We are offering $32–$40 per hour guaranteed starting pay, based on proven ability. For the right A-player, this is a real opportunity to earn $1,500+ per week before taxes in a high-volume shop with steady car count, warranty work, customer-pay work, and a team focused on winning. Requirements

• Previous experience as an A-level, lead, or master automotive technician.
• Strong diagnostic ability.
• Own professional tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work full-time.
• Ability to follow shop process and documentation standards.
• Reliable attendance.
• Quality workmanship.
