This role will be instrumental in expanding our reach to new markets, embodying our culture, serving clients, and leveraging our centralized client experience, marketing, business development, and operations teams. The Lead Advisor acts as a Personal CFO, leads client relationships, delivers an exceptional experience, and designs, implements, and manages wealth management plans. They will leverage internal and external resources for investment management, estate planning, tax planning, risk management, and general planning. The role involves communicating our unique value proposition, developing community relationships, collaborating with custodial retail branches, and representing Brighton Jones at public speaking events. A key responsibility is leading a local service team to ensure high client retention and satisfaction through remarkable service.
